Untangling ADHD at work
Some of your best people have ADHD. Some know it. Some are still finding out. Most have spent years working twice as hard to look like everyone else. We're ADHD Untangled. We bring coaching & trainings into workplaces so tangled brains can stop surviving the week and start doing the work they were made for.
WHY THIS MATTERS
ADHD isn't an excuse. It's an explanation.
Let's clear something up: this isn't about bending over backwards for ADHD.
When you design for accessibility, everyone wins. The curb cut was made for wheelchair access. Now it helps parents with prams, travellers with luggage, cyclists. Text messaging was designed for people who couldn't hear. Now it's the most used feature on your phone.
Support the ADHD brains on your team and you don't just help them. You create a trusted, psychologically safe environment where everyone thinks more clearly, performs better, and actually enjoys being there.
And the bigger truth? The world is going beige. Same tools, same templates, AI smoothing out every edge. Divergent thinking is the one thing that can't be automated, and the people in your company who have it are your biggest asset. The different viewpoint isn't a nice-to-have. It's the point.
Coaches who get it, science that backs it
ADHD Untangled was founded by Rosie Turner, an accredited ADHD coach diagnosed at 33 after a decade of corporate jobs that never quite fit. Our programmes are co-created with Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas, a clinical neuroscientist. Every coach on our team is certified, and each has lived this.
That's why teams at Brentford FC Community Trust, News UK, Global Radio, Arcadis and OpenUp have worked with us. We don't do awareness theatre. We do change.

Clinical neuroscientist, nutrition and mental health researcher, and lifelong challenger of the idea that you have to choose between science and soul, brain and body, research and real life.
Accredited ADHD coach, podcast host, and movement teacher. Late-diagnosed at 33 and living proof that ADHD is a vehicle to be optimised, not a problem to be managed or a brain to be minimised.

What we do?
-
Every workplace has knots. We find yours before we try to untangle them.
1. We Listen
We listen to both sides. Your neurodivergent people tell us what work actually feels like. Your leaders tell us what they think is going on. The space between those two stories is where the work begins.
2. We Untangle
Half a day with your team, built from what we heard. Lived experience, science that makes sense of it, and honest conversations. Nothing off a shelf.
3. We Build
We come back to your leadership with what we found and what to do about it. Plain language, small steps that actually stick.
4. We Stay
For companies who want us to stay close: ongoing training for your leaders, group check-ins, and certified ADHD coaches when your people need them. Ours, or we train yours.

What ADHD actually is (beyond the stereotypes)
How it impacts motivation, focus, communication and emotional regulation

What inclusion really looks like in action
Simple ways to make your workplace more neurodivergent-friendly.

Don't rent the expertise. Build it in-house.
The first ADHD coaching certification co-created and delivered with a clinical neuroscientist.
Most coach training teaches scripts. Ours teaches the brain. Nine weeks live online, co-delivered by accredited ADHD coach Rosie Turner and clinical neuroscientist Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas the science of why ADHD brains stall, and the coaching craft that gets them moving.
Send us the person in your organisation everyone already goes to. They come back CPD-certified: your internal first port of call for the employee who's struggling, the manager who doesn't know what to say, and the culture you're trying to build.
€3,800 / £3,250 per person, excl. VAT. Sending two or more? €3,450 / £2,950 each.

Coaching for your Employees
One employee with a training budget is how most of our company relationships start.
Group coaching: our 8-week programme in small mixed groups (max 10) with employees from other companies. Real peer support, zero internal exposure. Nobody's performance review is in the room. €1,100 / £950 per seat, excl. VAT (booking three or more? €990 / £850 each).
1:1 coaching: twelve 45-minute sessions with an accredited ADHD coach, built entirely around one person's brain, role and goals. Optional access to our group coaching community included.
All coaching is completely confidential: the employer receives confirmation of attendance, never content. That's what makes it work.
12 sessions: €3,450 / £2,950 excl. VAT
6 sessions: €1,750 / £1,500 excl. VAT
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Coaching and training help anyone who recognises the struggles: diagnosed, self-identified, or just curious. No labels required, no proof requested.
-
Completely. Employers receive attendance confirmation, never session content. This is non-negotiable. It's also why it works.
-
Most use a yearly development or training budget they already have. Otherwise, we invoice the company directly. One seat is enough to start.

Yes. One group coaching seat or one 1:1 package is exactly how most of our company relationships start.
