Rosie was a fantastic host. She really engaged the panel members with interesting questions and great energy. She has the ability to ask personal questions and still make people feel comfortable. Rosie’s knowledge of ADHD is also very impressive, she had relevant facts and figures ready which added another level of interest for the listener.

Rosie has been absolutely amazing. I literally do not know what I would do with out her. She has given me the confidence to get things done, and make decisions and set boundaries that I’ve tried to do before but never usually stick to. She’s taught me things about myself that I never thought I knew. Rosie’s podcasts are also amazing, and so inspiring and I’ve learned so much since about my ADHD since she’s been a part of my life. Thank you for everything and I can’t wait to see what’s to come for me as I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you 🧡

I began coaching with Rosie in September, and it has been incredible. I've tried coaching before and could never find the right fit for me, until I worked with Rosie! From the very start, I felt genuinely understood and supported - Rosie's first hand experience of how the ADHD brain operates, combined with empathy and positive energy means I always look forward to our sessions. Thanks to Rosie's guidance, I've learnt so much more about myself and valuable techniques to help transform my ADHD struggles into strengths!

Oh my. What a 24 hours!  Loved loved our coaching session yesterday  I got so much out of it....you really helped me shift my energies and see what was important to me....

I felt things shift and become clear so much, that I left my job today! Horay! It's not meeting nearly enough of my values and is leaving me in a deficit on so many levels. I feel amazing and so proud!  And am so so grateful to you.

Please could you still send me an invoice/ receipt for the first months coaching fees so I may claim this back from work. It just needs to say the amount and Paid on it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart you are a special special lady.

I have found my experience of having Rosie as my ADHD coach to be nothing but positive. She has been professional, kind, supportive and informative throughout the whole process.

I have found that having a coach who also has ADHD to be one of the most important factors in supporting me as I felt listened to and not judged by someone who truly understood what I was struggling with in my life.

She has helped me find ways to navigate my life better, and has made sensible, positive suggestions in signposting me to any areas in my life that I wanted to make reasonable changes to, and to empower me to become the best version of myself.

She is such a positive, kind person and I can’t put into words how grateful I am to her for listening to me and helping me find my strengths to move forward in a life with ADHD in a more meaningful way .
