Teens & Young Adults: Holistic ADHD Coaching: Support for Navigating School, Friendships & Life
Not Broken— Just Wired Differently.
If I had the knowledge, support, and validation I have now when I was younger, I wouldn’t have had to go through all the chaos, pain, and self-doubt that I did.
I spent years feeling like I was always one step behind, constantly messing up, struggling to keep friendships, and making impulsive decisions that I’d regret. I had no idea why life felt harder for me than for everyone else—I just knew that no matter how much I tried to "get it together," something wasn’t clicking.
Back then, I thought the problem was me.
But it wasn’t.
I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t broken. I just had an ADHD brain in a world that wasn’t built for it. And once I finally got the right support, everything started to change.
That’s why I do this. Because no young person should have to go through years of feeling like they’re not enough. ADHD doesn’t have to mean struggling through life—it just means doing things differently.
And to you, the parent or young adult reading this—the fact that you’re here, looking for support, means everything.
Validation is something so many of us never got.
The simple acknowledgment that ADHD is real, that the struggle is real, that they are not failing on purpose—that alone is life-changing. And if you’re here, it means you already see them, you already believe in them, and you’re already doing more for them than you know.
Let’s work together to give them the tools, support, and confidence to thrive—without changing who they are.
Why Work With Me?
If you had told me ten years ago that I’d be waking up early to meditate and run a business, I would have thought you were mad. Back then, my life was chaos.
Feel like an outsider in your own life—like everyone else got the manual for how to function, and you somehow missed the memo.
Hide behind rebellion because trying to ‘fit in’ feels even worse than standing out.
Start a million things and finish none—stuck between hyperfocus and complete paralysis.
Overthink every conversation—wondering if you said too much, not enough, or just made it weird.
Feel like you’re constantly messing up—like no matter how hard you try, you’re always one step behind.
Push yourself to the edge—chasing highs, distractions, or anything to quiet your racing thoughts.
Wonder if it’s even worth it anymore—because feeling ‘different’ all the time is exhausting.
Truth is, things got dark. My parents were worried. I was spiralling between extremes, and I didn’t think I’d ever amount to anything. But then, something changed.
I stopped trying to be someone I wasn’t. I started learning how my ADHD worked and what I actually needed to function. I found coaching, movement, and a community that finally understood me.
Now, I want to offer that same support to you. Because you don’t have to do this alone. And ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back—it can be your greatest strength.
‘No young person should have to go through years of feeling like they’re not enough.’

Getting a diagnosis and starting coaching truly saved my life—and I don’t say that lightly. About two years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD (inattentive type) and Autism, and I began coaching with Rosie. That experience completely transformed how I see myself and the way my brain works. Through coaching, I’ve learned to embrace who I am, set healthy boundaries, and create a more balanced, fulfilling life. Before coaching, I felt lost—overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, and misunderstood. Most weeks, I felt hopeless and weighed down, often questioning if I could keep going. Life felt unbearably heavy. But working with someone who truly understands has been invaluable. Rosie has helped me shift my perspective in ways I didn’t think were possible. My brain tends to ruminate, making intense thoughts feel overwhelming, but I’ve learned how to manage those moments. I now recognize that hard days are just that—hard days, not a reflection of my entire life. I’ve built the tools I need to navigate challenges, and I’ve learned it’s okay to rest, take breaks, and listen to what my body and mind need instead of pushing myself to burnout. With Rosie’s guidance and support, I’ve created a life that aligns with my values and allows me to live authentically. Her support has been a lifeline through pain and difficult decisions, and I’m endlessly grateful for her help in shaping this journey. If you’re beginning your own journey of understanding your neurodivergence and discovering your true self, I wholeheartedly recommend Rosie at ADHD Untangled.
