ROSIE Turner
I’m Rosie, a qualified coach with the accreditation to back it up, and the lived experience to truly understand this work. I know this feeling because I lived it for years.
On the outside, I looked driven and capable. Behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, burning out in corporate jobs, partying too hard, and quietly wondering what was wrong with me.
Everything shifted when I found movement, stepped away from drink and drugs, and finally understood how my brain works. Not just through a diagnosis, but by letting go of the shame and perfectionism that kept me stuck.
That is what I bring to my coaching, not theory, but real tools from rebuilding my own life into one that actually fits.

I’m Louise, and for years I thought I was the problem.
I grew up in London and now live on an orange and grape farm in Portugal with my partner and our two dogs. That move taught me to slow down and listen to what actually matters.
After working in luxury interior design, I found yoga in India and trained as a teacher, later specialising in yoga for anxiety, cancer, and ADHD. When my partner and I were both diagnosed with ADHD, so many pieces finally clicked.
Now, as an ADHD coach, I bring that lived experience into my work. I help you understand your brain, rebuild self-trust, and move forward one small, brave step at a time.

Coaching with us is not therapy.
And it’s not about fixing you - you’re not broken.
Here’s what we won’t do:
❌ We won’t tell you what to do (because let’s be honest, you won’t do it anyway - hello, demand avoidance).
❌ We won’t pretend we have all the answers (because we don’t, and never will).
❌ We won’t judge you (because we're not here as a perfect human - we're in this with you).
❌ We won’t rush your process (because you can’t build something real by cramming it into someone else’s timeline).
❌ We won’t expect you to fit into someone else’s version of success (because maybe you’re here to build something that’s never existed before - and that’s the point).
What we will do instead:
