Become a Certified ADHD CoacH

Most coaching misses ADHD completely.

The world is full of coaches who mean well. But if you don't understand how an ADHD brain actually works the masking, the burnout, the shame spiral, the hyperfocus, you're working with half the picture. Your current clients & future clients deserve better. And honestly? So do you.

FAQs

"I'm really busy right now. Is this the right time?"

1

When would be the right time? When will you not be busy? If you're waiting for a quiet patch, you'll be waiting forever. Most people don't attend everything live it's all recorded and designed to flex around real life. If you can show up for roughly three hours a week as often as you can, you're in a great position. The rest you catch up in your own time.

Everything is recorded. You won't fall behind. The Wednesday practical sessions are the ones I'd love as many people live as possible but even then, it's not compulsory. We do a recap so no one's lost.

Plus you get access to all the recordings for a year after you've trained.

"I haven't got my own ADHD figured out yet. I don't feel ready."

2

This is the one I hear the most and it's also the one I want to push back on hardest.

Coaching isn't about having your shit together. It never will be. None of us will ever fully have our shit together that's just perfectionism dressed up as a prerequisite.

Your clients aren't coming to you because you've cracked it. They're coming to you because you get it. Because you've lived it. You only need to be a few steps ahead, or have knowledge they don't have yet, to make a real difference. And honestly? The fact that you're still in it often makes you more relatable, not less.

I started coaching when I was basically homeless and completely all over the place. I thought I had no business helping anyone. Turns out, that was exactly what made me effective.

"Should I get coached myself before training? I've never worked with an ADHD coach."

3

It would be a great foundation but it absolutely doesn't shut you off from training. One of the biggest takeaways and something I experienced myself is that the training IS your coaching. You'll be coached in the group, you'll self-coach, you'll go through your own transformation. It's two for one. And if you want 1:1 time with me after, ad hoc sessions are an option. There's also The Untanglers, our post-certification supervision membership, where I'm there monthly to support you.

"How much time does it actually take each week?"

4

The live sessions are roughly four hours a week 90 minutes with me, 90 minutes with Dr Miguel, plus a group session. There are also some short pre-records I'd love you to listen to, but honestly, stick them on in the car or on a walk. There are workbooks if you like to write. There are recordings if you miss anything live. We built this for ADHD brains it's meant to be flexible.

"Will you run another cohort if I miss this one?"

Honestly, I don't know and I won't promise something I can't confirm. There may not be another one this year. If you're feeling called to do this, now is the time.
