Not at all. Rosie and her team are certified Yoga and Pilates instructors, trained specifically to work with ADHD brains, so they know how to mix things up, keep it engaging, and guide you in a way that actually works for you. No experience needed. Just come as you are, we’ll meet you there.

Mostly at the villa, as it is perfectly set up for this. On days that we do other movements or activities, we can promise that they will be in beautiful surroundings.
