What is Momentum?
Rosie brings the coaching. The strategies, the accountability, the space to finally untangle what's keeping you stuck and start moving towards what actually matters to you.
Dr Asad brings the clinical piece most ADHD programmes never touch. The understanding of what's happening in your body. Your stress response. Your hormones. Your sleep. The physical state your nervous system is in before you've even tried to do the thing. The part nobody ever explained to you.
Because your ADHD doesn't just live in your head. It lives in your body. And until you understand that, you'll keep trying to think your way out of something that needs a completely different approach.
This is where the two come together.
Eight weeks. Online. A small group that actually gets it.
A regulation-first, strengths-based approach that starts in your body and works its way through your story, your goals and your sense of self.
If you're tired of starting over, stuck in the shame spiral, or just completely done with strategies that don't account for how your brain actually works — this is where that changes.

Meet YOUR ADHD EXPeRT
Dr Asad Raffi
Dr Asad Raffi is a consultant psychiatrist who specialises in ADHD and autism across the lifespan, with a particular focus on what happens when neurodivergence meets hormones. He founded Sanctum Healthcare to do something most services don't: treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
His Brain Health Model is built on a simple principle. Your functioning isn't just about your neurotype. It's about what amplifies it, what demands are placed on you, and what support you actually have. Hormones sit right at the centre of that equation, and for most women, nobody has ever joined those dots.
Asad works with women who've spent years being told their struggles are stress, or anxiety, or just not trying hard enough. He sees what's really happening: a nervous system that was already working harder than it should, being pushed further by hormonal shifts that nobody thought to factor in.
He is one of very few clinicians having this conversation at the level it deserves. Not surface level wellness advice. Not vague reassurance. A proper clinical framework that puts your cycle, your neurotype, and your lived experience into one coherent picture.
His work with Sanctum spans private neurodevelopmental assessment and prescribing, clinical partnerships with the Premier League, the PFA, and the FA, and a growing presence in female brain health that connects hormonal science with the day to day reality of living in an ADHD brain.
Inside Momentum, Asad brings the Brain Health Model to life. His session on hormone tracking exists because he believes the missing piece for most women isn't motivation or willpower. It's information. Once you can see the pattern, you stop fighting yourself and start working with your own biology.
Meet YOUR COACH
ROSIE Turner
I’m Rosie, a qualified coach with the accreditation to back it up, and the lived experience to truly understand this work. I know this feeling because I lived it for years.
On the outside, I looked driven and capable. Behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, burning out in corporate jobs, partying too hard, and quietly wondering what was wrong with me.
Everything shifted when I found movement, stepped away from drink and drugs, and finally understood how my brain works. Not just through a diagnosis, but by letting go of the shame and perfectionism that kept me stuck.
That is what I bring to my coaching, not theory, but real tools from rebuilding my own life into one that actually fits.
Inside Momentum: The 8 Week Structure
❌ Stop the spiral before it takes out the rest of your day.
❌ Trying to think your way out of something that lives in your body.
✅ Understand what your body and hormones are actually doing to your ADHD.
✅ Start the thing you've been putting off for weeks, months, maybe years.
✅ Follow through. Not because you forced yourself. Because you finally have the right support around you.
That's what Momentum is for. Not another system to abandon. Not a course you watch alone at 11pm. A small group of people who get it, with clinical expertise you've never had access to before, moving forward together.
-
Before we do anything else, we build the space. A group where you don't have to explain yourself, mask, or pretend you've got it together. We start here because everything that comes next depends on feeling safe enough to be honest.
-
Your ADHD brain isn't just distracted. It's dysregulated. Dr Asad breaks down what chronic stress is actually doing to your nervous system, your focus and your ability to function. The clinical piece most people never get.
-
Why can you do everything one week and nothing the next? Dr Asad walks you through hormone tracking and what your cycle is doing to your ADHD symptoms, your energy and your momentum.
-
You cannot regulate, focus or follow through on no sleep. And ADHD makes sleep harder than it should be. Dr Asad covers what's getting in the way and what to actually do about it.
-
The other half of the picture. The beliefs you've been running on about who you are and what you're capable of. This is where we untangle what's actually yours and what you've just been told enough times to believe.
-
Clear head, cleaner story. Now we get specific. Goals that fit your brain. Decisions made from your values, not your anxiety.
-
Stop trying to work like everyone else. This is where you build a way of working that's actually yours. Your strengths, your energy, your dopamine drivers.
-
Week 8: Your Momentum Sometimes all we needed was permission. This is where you get it. We anchor your biggest breakthroughs, celebrate how far you've come and map out what comes next. You leave with clarity, a plan and the kind of confidence that only comes from actually doing the work.
By the end of 8 weeks, you will regulate faster, decide sooner and follow through without falling back into the shame spiral. You will move from self doubt to self trust.
Whats includeD:
🎥 Eight live weekly sessions with Rosie and Dr Asad, recorded so you never miss a thing.
👥 A small group. Intentionally small. Because that's where real change happens.
📓 Workbooks for each week so you can actually hold onto what you're learning.
📲 A WhatsApp group to keep you connected, accountable and supported between sessions.
🤝 Body doubling sessions for the weeks when you just need someone in the room with you.
🧠 And a group of people who finally get it.
why A Group Programme?
Because doing it alone is exhausting.
If you have ADHD,, you already know the cycle. You get inspired, you start strong, life happens, everything derails, then the shame creeps in. Rinse, repeat. It is not a motivation problem, it is a nervous system and support problem.
Group coaching works because it gives you structure, momentum, and the one thing most people are missing, real time human connection.
-
There is something deeply regulating about sitting with people who actually get it. No explaining, no masking, no pretending you are “just bad at life.”
-
Not the harsh, productivity guru type. The kind that says, “Hey, we are doing this together, you are not behind, keep going.”
-
Some weeks your motivation dips. Someone else’s win pulls you forward. Other weeks you carry the spark for the room. It balances out beautifully.
-
Questions you did not even know to ask. Perspectives you never considered. Tiny breakthroughs that ripple across the whole group.
-
You receive guidance, coaching, and practical tools, while also benefiting from the collective experience in the room.

Sessions are recorded. That said, the live coaching is where the real work happens. Show up as much as you can.
-
Group coaching gives you everything one-to-one does, plus the regulated co-presence of people who genuinely understand your experience. For many people with ADHD, the group element is what makes the difference.
-
Because this one starts with regulation, not strategy. We go in the right order. And you are not relying on willpower alone.
-
You will not be behind. You will be exactly where you are. There is no version of this where you are failing. The group holds you. That is the whole point.
