We talk about ADHD like it lives in your head. It doesn't. ADHD goes way beyond the brain, it shows up in every single part of your life, all day, every day. It's embodied. It's vast.
And something that vast can't be met with one tool. It needs all of them. Not to minimise our differences, but to optimise them, to actually work with the brain and body we've got instead of fighting them.
So this isn't about switching your brain off or sitting perfectly still. It's about coming home to yourself, regulating on purpose, and learning to use the whole toolkit.

🧘 A full guided meditation to downregulate, using a variety of modalities designed for brains that won't shut up, landing on a guided confidence meditation to carry with you long after you leave the tepee
🤝 Live Q&A and coaching chats, a chance to ask anything and get real, practical answers in the room
You'll leave standing a little taller, breathing a little deeper, calmer, more understood, and with techniques you can actually use in real life (not just on a retreat). And a moment to realise you're not broken for finding this stuff hard. You just needed it done differently.
