I’m Rosie, a qualified coach with the accreditation to back it up, and the lived experience to truly understand this work. I know this feeling because I lived it for years.

On the outside, I looked driven and capable. Behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, burning out in corporate jobs, partying too hard, and quietly wondering what was wrong with me.

Everything shifted when I found movement, stepped away from drink and drugs, and finally understood how my brain works. Not just through a diagnosis, but by letting go of the shame and perfectionism that kept me stuck.

That is what I bring to my coaching, not theory, but real tools from rebuilding my own life into one that actually fits.

Meet YOUR clinical neuroscientist

Dr MIGUEL Toribio - Mateas

Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas is a clinical neuroscientist, applied microbiologist, and nutrition researcher with over two decades of experience across healthcare, science, and technology. He was diagnosed with ADHD and autistic in his late 40s.

Dr Miguel's work centres on how food and lifestyle influence cognition, mood, and behaviour through the gut–brain connection.

He is currently leading research on the intersections between nutrition and ADHD as part of a multidisciplinary team, with published outputs in BMC Feasibility Studies and BMJ Open. Dr Miguel’s expertise spans from guiding pilot and feasibility studies to shaping clinical research protocols that lay the groundwork for larger-scale trials.

His transdisciplinary background enriches his academic roles: he is an Honorary Research Fellow at Cardiff University’s School of Psychology, a Third-Sector Research Fellow at SPARK (Cardiff University's world-first social science research park) and Senior Lecturer in Nutrition, Health, and Wellbeing at the University of West London. Dr Miguel has been granted Chartered Biologist status by the Royal Society of Biology (UK) in recognition of his professional standing.

That's what Momentum is for. Not another system to abandon. Not a course you watch alone at 11pm. A small group of people who get it, moving forward together, with you.

  • Before we do anything else, we co-create something most of us never had. A space where you feel seen, understood and can finally come as you are.

  • You want to do it all. But less is more especially with ADHD.

    Declutter your goals, get clear on what actually matters and set goals that mean something.

  • What's your story? We all have one we're running on. This is where we untangle what's actually yours and what limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck.

  • You know what you need to do. So why aren't you doing it? This is where we get honest about what's actually in the way and how to move through it.

  • You've spent years trying to work against your brain. This is where you stop and figure out what actually works for you.

    Your strengths, your energy, your dopamine drivers. The foundation of authentic action.

  • Stop making decisions from panic. Every decision feels huge when you don't trust yourself. Here's where you learn to make decisions and set boundaries grounded in your values and needs, not your anxiety.

  • Stop waiting to feel confident, ready and enough to take action. Learn to shift your state on purpose and move forward anyway.

  • Sometimes all we needed was permission. This is where you get it. We anchor your biggest breakthroughs, celebrate how far you've come and map out what comes next. You leave with clarity, a plan and the kind of confidence that only comes from actually doing the work.

By the end of 8 weeks, you will regulate faster, decide sooner and follow through without falling back into the shame spiral. You will move from self doubt to self trust.

A short, clear block grounded in lived experience. Just the stuff that matters, explained in a way your brain can hold onto.

Real coaching in the room. For you and with you. Watching others be coached is as powerful as being coached yourself.

why Group coaching?

Because doing it alone is exhausting.

If you have ADHD,, you already know the cycle. You get inspired, you start strong, life happens, everything derails, then the shame creeps in. Rinse, repeat. It is not a motivation problem, it is a nervous system and support problem.

Group coaching works because it gives you structure, momentum, and the one thing most people are missing, real time human connection.

  • There is something deeply regulating about sitting with people who actually get it. No explaining, no masking, no pretending you are “just bad at life.”

£100 a session | £800 in full

  • Sessions are recorded. That said, the live coaching is where the real work happens. Show up as much as you can.

  • Group coaching gives you everything one-to-one does, plus the regulated co-presence of people who genuinely understand your experience. For many people with ADHD, the group element is what makes the difference.

  • Because this one starts with regulation, not strategy. We go in the right order. And you are not relying on willpower alone.

  • You will not be behind. You will be exactly where you are. There is no version of this where you are failing. The group holds you. That is the whole point.
