ADHD Group Coaching to Level Up Your Career

ADHD Informed Group Coaching for Adults with ADHD hosted by Accredited ADHD Coach & clinical neuroscientist

ADHDers weren't born to do mediocre work.

You were made to use your brain to create work that matters. I believe that. I've built my life on it.

But right now you're somewhere else.

Maybe you're in the right career but you've lost the spark. The work still matters. The momentum has gone, and you are struggling to find it on your own.

Maybe you are untangling the overwhelm that came with the success you've built

Maybe you're in a career that's draining you. Thinking about leaving. Not sure what for.

Maybe the idea has been in your head for years. The business. The pivot. The bigger thing. And it's still in your head.

Maybe you started. Then you stalled. You picked up another training instead of finishing what you began.

Maybe you're waiting until the plan's ready. Until the work's good enough. Until you're good enough.

Different stages. Same two thoughts underneath.

“I'm not good enough.”

“It's all too much and I don't know where to start.”

The truth is you'll never feel ready. That feeling comes from action. Not from waiting.

Momentum is an 8-week group coaching programme for adults with ADHD. It takes you from feeling stuck, alone, procrastinating, and riddled in shame for "not doing that thing" TO empowered, part of a community, consistent, with the driving force to move towards work that matters.

2nd June - 28th July

What is MOMENTUM?

What you leave with…

By the end of eight weeks, you won't just have broken down the steps.

  • You'll have taken them, Applied for the role.

  • Put yourself forward for the promotion.

  • Started the business.

  • Launched the product.

  • Hired the venue for your retreat.

  • Booked the guest for your first podcast.

  • Sent the email you've been sitting on for six months.

Not just made the plan but took Real Action.

  • You'll have accountability that holds. The kind that notices when you go quiet.

  • You'll have the neuroscience. Not theory. The why behind what's been stopping you, and the why behind what finally works.

  • You'll have a strategy for keeping momentum after the programme ends.

  • And a group of people who get it, cheering you along.

Meet YOUR COACH

ROSIE Turner

I'm Rosie. An accredited ADHD coach and podcast host.

But that's not what makes me an expert. No qualification does.

What lets me understand this is being a human being who has lived it. The meltdowns. The spirals. The overwhelm. The divorce. The job hopping. The quiet wondering what's wrong with me. The shame.

On the outside I looked driven and capable. Behind the scenes I was overwhelmed, burning out, partying too hard. I was the job hopper. Eight PA roles in under ten years. Santa's elf. Yoga teacher. Chasing a career that would one day feel like mine.

Everything shifted when I found movement, stepped away from drink and drugs, and finally understood how my brain works. Not just through a diagnosis, but by letting go of the shame and perfectionism that kept me stuck.

Then I lost one of my closest friends to suicide. I ran the London marathon in his honour. That experience brought me to a realisation that mental health mattered, physical health mattered, and it changed my whole outlook on the way I was living. But it also brought something to the surface. I was struggling in ways I couldn't blame on hangovers anymore.

And at 33, the ADHD diagnosis explained it all.

The awareness has been liberating in more ways than I can count. But the biggest gift it gave me was a purposeful career. Work that matters. Work that fits.

That's what I want for you. That's what Momentum is.

Meet YOUR clinical neuroscientist

Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas

Go-go dancer. Yoga teacher. Career job-hopper who never quite fit any of the working environments he landed in.

Also a clinical neuroscientist, applied microbiologist, and nutrition researcher with over two decades of experience across healthcare, science and technology.

Dr Miguel was diagnosed with ADHD and autism in his late 40s. Since then, he's been unmasking, and finally working in a way that actually fits his brain.

His work centres on how food and lifestyle influence cognition, mood and behaviour through the gut-brain connection. He's currently leading research on nutrition and ADHD as part of a multidisciplinary team, with published outputs in BMC Feasibility Studies and BMJ Open.

He's an Honorary Research Fellow at Cardiff University's School of Psychology, a Third-Sector Research Fellow at SPARK (Cardiff's world-first social science research park), and Senior Lecturer in Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing at the University of West London. The Royal Society of Biology has granted him Chartered Biologist status.

Inside Momentum, Dr Miguel brings the soulful science of finding momentum to life. One session. The neuroscience of why your brain stalls, and what it actually needs to move.

Inside Momentum: The 8 Week Structure

  • Before we do anything else, we co-create something most of us never had. A space where you feel seen, understood and can finally come as you are.

  • When we have difficulty finding momentum in our careers, it's SO easy to constantly blame and shame ourselves. And shame just keeps us more stuck in the spirals, distracting us from moving forward.

One of the most helpful things I have found to deshame is understanding the biology behind why our brains work differently with ADHD. Which is why I brought in my favourite neuroscientist, Dr Miguel Toribio-

Mateas, who will share the neurobiology behind hyperdrive and paralysis, and why both can coexist in ADHD.

  • Decisions, decisions, decisions. We want to do it all and all at once. But in order to build momentum, we must find ways to resist distraction and ego-driven goals, and actually figure out what goals matter most to us. What does success look like for us.

Get ready to declutter your career goals, discover what you value, and get clarity on your North Star.

  • Stop making decisions out of panic.

Every decision feels huge when you don't trust yourself. Here's where you learn to make decisions and set boundaries grounded in your values and needs, not your anxiety.

  • We'll run through our weekly actions together, talk through any wins you've had and any barriers that got in the way.

And then we move into this week's focus.

You can't focus on your anxiety and expect to find peace.

You can't replay your failures and expect to build something new.

You can't worry about what everyone else thinks and expect to build a career that's actually yours.

You can't play it safe to avoid looking stupid and expect to ever move.

You can't stay in the same cycles and expect a different life.

Where your attention goes, the rest of you follows.

Your thoughts are powerful. The story you tell yourself about who you are, what you're capable of, why things haven't worked before, it shapes everything. And so much of that story was written by other people. Teachers who called you lazy. Bosses who said you weren't trying hard enough. Years of being told you were too much, or not enough.

Sometimes the story isn't even yours. It got handed to you, and you carried it without ever questioning it.

This week we untangle the beliefs keeping you stuck. We look at where they came from, whether they're actually true, and what becomes possible when you put them down.

Because the way you talk to yourself matters. And you get to rewrite it

  • This is where we make the plan.

So much of ADHD lives in the now or never. Either it's happening this second or it doesn't exist. And that makes building anything long term feel impossible, because the future never feels real enough to act on.

So this week we practise future thinking. We work backwards from where you want to be, and we build the steps that get you there.

We align what you do today with where you want to end up, and who you want to become.

Because the future you keep picturing doesn't arrive on its own. You get there one deliberate action at a time.

  • Fail fast and fail often.

No one has ever achieved anything great without a lot of failure first. Every vision goes through many revisions. The version you end up with is never the version you started with, and it was never meant to be.

This is the week of imperfect action. But not just any action. The right action. The kind that actually aligns with who you are and where you want to go, not the action you think you're supposed to take, or the action that just keeps you busy.

And this is where we talk about quitting. Because so often the ADHD pattern is to bail the moment it gets hard, or the moment it gets boring. The dopamine drops, the novelty wears off, and you're gone before you ever found out what was on the other side.

So this week we learn the difference. Between this isn't aligned, walk away with no guilt, and this is just the difficult middle bit, the part where most people quit and the ones who don't break through.

So stop waiting to feel confident, ready and enough. Learn to shift your state on purpose, and take the action that aligns, even before you feel ready.

Because the action doesn't come after the confidence. The confidence comes after the action

  • Sometimes all we needed was permission. This is where you get it.

We anchor your biggest breakthroughs, celebrate how far you've come and map out what comes next.

You leave with clarity, a plan and the kind of confidence that only comes from actually doing the work.

By the end of 8 weeks, you will regulate faster, decide sooner and follow through without falling back into the shame spiral. You will move from self doubt to self trust.

Each session includes:

💆‍♀️ Regulation First
Every session opens with a guided nervous system practice. Breath, body, or movement. This is not optional. It is the foundation.

👩‍💻 Teaching
A short, clear block grounded in lived experience. Just the stuff that matters, explained in a way your brain can hold onto.

🎥 Live Coaching
Real coaching in the room. For you and with you. Watching others be coached is as powerful as being coached yourself.

✅ The Action & Accountability
Clear implementation planning so you leave knowing exactly what to do next and accountability.

why Group coaching?

Because doing it alone is exhausting.

If you have ADHD,, you already know the cycle. You get inspired, you start strong, life happens, everything derails, then the shame creeps in. Rinse, repeat. It is not a motivation problem, it is a nervous system and support problem.

Group coaching works because it gives you structure, momentum, and the one thing most people are missing, real time human connection.

  • There is something deeply regulating about sitting with people who actually get it. No explaining, no masking, no pretending you are “just bad at life.”

  • Not the harsh, productivity guru type. The kind that says, “Hey, we are doing this together, you are not behind, keep going.”

  • Some weeks your motivation dips. Someone else’s win pulls you forward. Other weeks you carry the spark for the room. It balances out beautifully.

  • Questions you did not even know to ask. Perspectives you never considered. Tiny breakthroughs that ripple across the whole group.

  • You receive guidance, coaching, and practical tools, while also benefiting from the collective experience in the room.

  • Sessions are recorded. That said, the live coaching is where the real work happens. Show up as much as you can.

  • Group coaching gives you everything one-to-one does, plus the regulated co-presence of people who genuinely understand your experience. For many people with ADHD, the group element is what makes the difference.

  • Because this one starts with regulation, not strategy. We go in the right order. And you are not relying on willpower alone.

  • You will not be behind. You will be exactly where you are. There is no version of this where you are failing. The group holds you. That is the whole point.
