Membership, Group Programme & Community Terms
Last Updated August 2026.
These terms apply to the Untangler Membership, group coaching programmes, live Q&As, courses, recorded content and community spaces provided by ADHD Untangled Ltd. By purchasing or taking part, you agree to these terms alongside our Website Terms and Privacy Notice.
These terms do not cover 1:1 coaching or our coach training programme, which have their own agreements.
Purchasing and access
Prices, payment arrangements and what's included are shown on the relevant page before you buy. Please give us an accurate email address so joining instructions, recordings and materials can reach you.
Access is for you only. Logins, materials and recordings must not be shared with anyone else unless we've expressly said otherwise.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Any cancellation rights that apply, including those relating to immediate access to digital content, will be explained at checkout or in your confirmation email.
The Untangler Membership
The membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically using your chosen payment method until you cancel.
You can cancel any time before your next renewal by emailing hello@untangledco.com. Cancellation stops future payments, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Part-used periods are not normally refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
If membership prices change, we'll give you reasonable notice before the new price applies. Any conditions attached to a founding or early-bird rate will be stated when you join.
An active membership gives you access to the spaces and activities described on the membership page. Topics, resources and dates may occasionally change, but we'll make reasonable efforts to keep the overall nature and value of the membership the same.
Group coaching programmes
The price, dates, format and duration of each group programme are set out on its sales page.
Group coaching depends on continuity, so if you miss a session there's no automatic right to a refund or a replacement session, although we'll share any materials or recordings that were part of the programme. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If we cancel a session, we'll offer a rescheduled session. If we cancel a whole programme and can't offer a suitable alternative, you'll be offered a transfer or a refund of the amount paid.
Live Q&As and events
The price, date, expected duration and whether a recording will be available are stated on each event page. If you can't attend live, your entitlement to a recording depends on what was included when you booked.
Recordings and participation
Live sessions usually take place on Zoom and may be recorded. Depending on how you take part, a recording may include your display name, image, voice, questions and anything you say or type.
You're always welcome to keep your camera and microphone off, use a first name or nickname, and take part only as much as feels comfortable. We'll remind you before recording begins.
Recordings of membership sessions are available only to current members. Recordings of group programmes are available only to participants in that programme. Where an event page says a recording will be sold or shared more widely, that will be stated before you book.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in live sessions, and never share anything that identifies another person. Questions may be paraphrased, anonymised or edited out of a replay where appropriate.
We will never use your contributions publicly, in advertising or on social media without your separate permission.
Community spaces
Our community spaces include the members' area on Heartbeat and the ADHD Untangled WhatsApp community. Anything you post is visible to other members and may remain in the community's history.
Share only what you're comfortable sharing with current and future members. Don't identify another person without their permission, and don't include confidential information about clients, colleagues or employers.
These are private spaces, but no online community can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Members must not screenshot, record, quote or share another member's contributions outside the community without their permission.
Community conduct
Questions, honest disagreement and different perspectives are welcome. Please communicate with care, speak from your own experience and respect other members' boundaries.
Discrimination, harassment, personal attacks, unlawful content and repeated disruption are not permitted. We may remove content, and may restrict or end membership access, where reasonably necessary to protect members or the community.
There's no obligation to contribute, attend every session or keep up with everything. ADHD-friendly means you take part at whatever pace works for you.
Coaching, not therapy
The membership, group programmes and events provide coaching, education and peer support. They are not therapy, medicine or a diagnostic service, and they don't create a clinical relationship.
Nothing shared should be used as a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional. If you're concerned about your health or mental health, please speak to your GP or an appropriate professional.
Views expressed by other participants are their own and should not be taken as advice from Rosie Turner or ADHD Untangled Ltd.
Resources and intellectual property
Recordings, slides, workbooks, frameworks, exercises and other resources remain the intellectual property of ADHD Untangled Ltd or the credited creator. ADHD Untangled and AuDHD Untangled are registered trade marks.
Resources are provided for your personal use. Unless we've expressly agreed otherwise, they must not be copied, adapted, distributed, uploaded elsewhere, taught, sold or built into commercial products or services.
Membership or programme participation does not provide certification or accreditation, and does not licence you to deliver ADHD Untangled methods or materials commercially. Coaching certification is only available through our coach training programme, which has its own terms. If you'd like to use a resource beyond your own learning, contact hello@untangledco.com to discuss permission.
Technology and third-party services
Our membership and events are delivered through services including Squarespace, Zoom, WhatsApp and payment providers. These services process personal information under their own privacy terms and as described in our Privacy Notice.
You're responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection. We'll make reasonable efforts to maintain access but can't guarantee third-party platforms will always run without interruption.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice, including information needed to administer your membership, provide access, communicate with you, host sessions and keep appropriate records. If you have a question about a recording, a post or your personal information, contact hello@untangledco.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. Significant changes affecting existing members will be communicated before they take effect wherever reasonably possible.
