Neurodiversity Workplace Training for managers & leaders

Understand your neurodivergent people. Keep them. Get the best from them.

Live online training that gives your managers, leaders and team the understanding employers say they're missing, and the skills to use it.

Our first cohort starts in February 2027.

Create your own in-house neurodiversity champions

Your managers, leaders and people team train live with us, and your company gets its own in house Neurodiversity Champions: the people who finally get it, and know what to do about it.

Led by ADHD Untangled founder and accredited ADHD coach Rosie Turner, alongside a clinical neuroscientist and a clinical psychologist, your Champions will:

✔️ Build a real understanding of neurodivergent brains, ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD and beyond

✔️ They leave with new skills to match: holding the conversations most managers avoid, handling disclosure and adjustments properly, and putting strengths to work, not just managing struggle.

✔️ Learn live from specialists in the areas neurodivergence tangles with most at work through our expert Deep Chats, with your wider team welcome too.

Neurodiversity Training in the workplace

All of it runs on the method behind our coach training. Safety first, story second, strategy last, because that's the order brains actually change in. So your neurodivergent people spend less energy getting through the week, and more of it doing their best work.

Research tells us two things: Some of your best people are neurodivergent. And right now, most of them are burning out and heading for the door.

See these 2026 statistics from Birkbeck University and Neurodiversity in Business surveying over 600 people…

82%

of neurodivergent people mask at work

And with the energy used for masking comes an extremely high risk of burnout. 61% of those who leave corporate never come back.

only 1/3

of neurodivergent people feel safe telling their employer

Employers rate their own neurodivergent readiness at around 70%, but a huge % of the workforce aren’t comfortable even mentioning it.

64%

Employers say their own managers don’t ‘get’ neurodiversity

Employers said their number one barrier isn't money. It's understanding. But your managers are who your neurodivergent people deal with the most!

An awareness webinar or policy document doesn't fix this. A person does. Someone trained, trusted and visible, who colleagues can actually be honest with before it becomes a crisis.

That's the purpose of a Champion. And this is where they’re trained.

Recently A UK tribunal awarded £45,000 against Lidl because a manager read an employee's ADHD communication style as "a lack of remorse".

Tribunal claims mentioning neurodivergence have doubled in five years. And the CIPD, the HR profession's own body, says most cases come down to the same thing: managers who were never given the training or the time to have the right conversations.

The same legal duty already exists in the Netherlands under the Wgbh/cz. Getting ahead of it costs far less than reacting to it, and the fix for the risk is the same thing that keeps your talent anyway: someone in house who knows how to have those conversations properly.

Companies in the UK, Netherlands & elsewhere should take note.

Let's train your neurodiversity champions

Support the neurodivergent brains on your team and you don't just help them. You help everyone.

THIS ISN'T JUST ABOUT NEURODIVERGENT PEOPLE.

neurodivergent training in the workplace

✔️ The same Birkbeck survey found 76% of neurodivergent people name hyperfocus as a strength. These are the brains behind your most creative work and your boldest ideas.

✔️ Problems get approached from angles nobody else had and ideas get braver. Different viewpoints turn companies from good to great, as growth stops depending on everyone thinking the same way.

✔️ Create a trusted, psychologically safe environment where everyone is able to perform to their strengths and actually enjoy being there.

✔️ Less burnout, fewer exits, and a better way of working for everyone.

Who is this training for?

You don’t need to be neurodivergent yourself to become a Neurodiversity Champion in your company. You just need to care enough. Many of the best Champions will be the colleagues who watched someone struggle and thought: we should be better at this.

Managers & Leaders

The people working with neurodivergent colleagues every day, with neurodivergent brains on their team whether they know it or not. Managers and leads who are neurodivergent themselves, and want to lead the way they wish someone had led them. Leaders who set the tone for how a whole company treats difference.

HR, Talent professionals & DEI leads

Those who keep being handed this without the training to hold it. If your role touches how people are supported at work, and you want to be more than the person who forwards the EAP link, this is yours.
