Waiting until you're ready? Until things calm down? Until there's finally time?
Well. Time doesn't just appear. Life doesn't magically calm down. And confidence doesn't land overnight.
They show up after you do.
The ADHD Momentum Retreat in the French Alps
A retreat. Well. An ADHD kind of retreat.
Other retreats help you switch off. This one helps you eliminate distractions & lock in.
12-16 April, 2027 | Starting at £2,500 ( If booked before 1st September )
YOU KNOW THE THING you keep not starting?
The new business. The pivot. The book. The bigger thing or the idea that's been living in your head for years, half-built. Half-written.
Still there. Nagging away at you… It nags because you were never meant to ignore it.
You weren't born to do mediocre work. You were made to create work that matters.
So this April, we're taking that thing to the mountains.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Maybe you're in the right career but the spark has gone. The work still matters. The momentum doesn't.
Maybe the success came, and it brought overwhelm & loneliness with it.
Maybe you've already built the business. But the day to day of running it swallows every hour, and the next thing stays exactly that. The next thing.
Maybe your job is draining you and you're quietly planning the exit. Not sure what for.
Maybe you started the thing. Then stalled. Then signed up for another course instead of finishing what you began.
Maybe you've looked at long coaching programmes and known, deep down, you'd never make week six.
Different stories. Same two thoughts underneath.
"I'm not good enough."
"It's all too much and I don't know where to start."
But you're not unmotivated. Look at what you've already built, achieved and created. Even the stuff that hasn't seen the light of day yet. It's proof you can.
ADHDers don't have a motivation problem. We have a conditions problem.
And that's exactly why this retreat exists.
Before you leave the mountain, you'll have taken one real step towards the thing.
Not a plan. Not an idea. A real, tangible step forward.
FIND YOUR WAY OF WORKING
This is not five days in a seminar room with a workbook.
And it's not five days of trying to clear your mind. You know how that goes. Lying there pretending to read the book you swore you'd finish, leg tapping, brain everywhere but here.
We don't ask your brain to go quiet. We work with it.
Five days of finding YOUR way of working. Strengthening your strengths. Trusting your own process. Optimising the brain you have, instead of fighting it for one you don't.
The thing you've been told is the challenge? Here it becomes the opportunity.
This is 3 months of coaching, compressed into five days. No weekly call to remember. No laundry pile guilt-tripping you mid-session. No real life pulling at your sleeve.
The mountain blocks the noise. Your only job is to be there.
This retreat is for you if...
✅ You've got a thing (a business, a book, a pivot, a project) that deserves five days of your undivided attention
✅ You've already built something, but you're building it alone and the creative spark has gone quiet
✅ You work better in short, intense bursts than in long, drawn-out programmes
✅ Your best thinking has always happened away from the noise of everyday life
✅ You want to be surrounded by ambitious ADHDers who get it. No masking required.
✅ You're done waiting until you feel ready
And it's not for you if...
❌ You want a week of lying by a pool pretending to read
❌ You're looking for someone to hand you a plan instead of helping you take the step
Bring your unfinished trainings. Your half-written books. Your paintings, your pivots, your business ideas.
Let's untangle them, and get them moving.
All held by an ADHD-friendly routine, built to set you up for success in the thing you want to get moving:
REGULATE
Shift your state first. Movement and meditation in the mountains: hikes, yoga, breathwork, sometimes all three before breakfast.
Because ADHD goes way beyond the brain. It lives in the nervous system too. So that's where every day starts.
CONNECT
Breakfast together. Proper food, slow coffee, people who get it.
LEARN
Coaching time. Untangle what work that matters looks like for you, and feed that curious brain the science of why it stalls and what gets it moving.
CREATE
Let's get it done.
Inspired work time. Body double sessions, or time alone with the thing. Whatever works best for you. Because doing the work next to people who get it beats doing it alone at your kitchen table.
REWARD
Our brains need reward. So we built it into every single day.
Sunsets, three course dinners, jacuzzi, sauna and alpine movie nights.
You moved the thing forward today. This is your brain's favourite part, and you've earned every bit of it.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH
You won't just have broken down the steps. You'll have taken one.
Sent the email you've been sitting on for six months
Applied for the role
Put yourself forward for the promotion
Registered the business
Booked the guest for your first podcast
Finished the project that's been sitting at 80% for a year
Plus:
Clarity on what work that matters means for you. Not for anyone else.
The neuroscience of why your brain stalls, and what it actually needs to move.
Regulation tools that come home with you. Calm your system anywhere, any time.
A strategy for keeping momentum once you're back at sea level.
A group of people cheering you on long after the mountain.
MEET YOUR COACH
I'm Rosie. Accredited ADHD coach, podcast host, movement teacher. Diagnosed at 33, after a decade of jobs that never quite fit.
I know what it's like to not fit into the world of work. Eight jobs in ten years kind of not fitting.
I know what it's like to do soul destroying work.
I know what it's like to build something from scratch on your own, and get buried by the overwhelm and burnout that comes with it.
I know what it's like to feel out of your depth. To achieve success and not know how to hold it.
I know what it's like to have potential sitting in your gut and no way to reach it. No way to show it.
And I know what it's like to feel so alone it hurts.
But I also know what it's like to finally find work that lights up your soul. Work that brings joy to you and to so many others. Work that feels like more than a job. Call it cliché, I don't care: a calling. A reason to wake up and show up.
Every big decision I've ever made about my life, I made away from it.
On a retreat. On a mountain. Somewhere my brain could finally tune in, because the constant noise of day to day life wasn't there to drown it out.
Back then I didn't know why travel changed me like that. Now I do. Take away the distractions and the ADHD brain doesn't just settle. It focuses. It decides. It moves.
That's why I've built different ways into this work. For some people it's regular 1:1 coaching. For some it's a group. And for others it's this: getting away, going all in, immersing yourself completely.
Less distraction. More presence. Time away to do what matters.
COME AS YOU ARE
Being able to unmask is a CORE value at ADHD Untangled.
Locked in does not mean bootcamp.
Be as active or as chilled as you want. Nap guilt-free. Enjoy a glass of wine with dinner if that tickles your fancy.
No previous movement or yoga experience needed. No expectations to show up a certain way.
There is no judgement here. Just come exactly as you are.
