Our 8-week group coaching programme is open to employees from different companies or we can create a bespoke group just for your company ( we would require a minimum of 4 employees) .
Small groups (max 10), led by an accredited ADHD coach, with one session from our clinical neuroscientist. Your employee joins people from other organisations, which means real peer support and zero internal exposure. Nobody's performance review is in the room.
Each week: a nervous-system regulation practice, focused teaching, live coaching, and a clear action plan. By week eight they haven't just made the plan. They've sent the email, asked for what they need, started the thing.
€1,100 / £950 per seat, excl. VAT (3+ seats: €990 / £850) Paid with a personal training budget or a company invoice.
