THE VENUE
A Chalet in the middle of Alpe d'Huez
A recently renovated chalet on the final bend of the famous Alpe d'Huez climb, where the Tour de France riders suffer so you don't have to.
Wooden panels, mountain views from every room, a private bar for putting your feet up, and the crown jewels: an in-house sauna and a 12-person jacuzzi for easing everything after a day of movement.
Fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by a private chef. All dietary requirements catered for. The food is what people rave about. We don't scrimp.

Locked in does not mean bootcamp.
Be as active or as chilled as you want. Nap guilt-free. Enjoy a glass of wine with dinner if that tickles your fancy.
No previous movement or yoga experience needed. No expectations to show up a certain way.
There is no judgement here. Just come exactly as you are.
The Details
What's included: 4 nights in the chalet, all meals by our private chef, welcome drink, daily movement, daily group coaching, daily meditations, massage treatment, unlimited sauna and jacuzzi, one group activity, airport transfers, gift.
What's not included: Flights, travel insurance, additional activities, transport outside agreed times, visas if you need one.

From 1 September our prices include VAT and go up. Pay in full by 31 August and you get £300 early bird discount AND the pre-VAT price.

Our home for the week will be a luxurious and stylish chalet nestled in the heart of the breathtaking French Alps in Alpe d'Huez.
You'll have the opportunity to take guided mountain hikes, relax in nature's grandeur, and embrace the slower pace of life that the French Alps offer.

A bit of everything, but only if it feels good for you. Mainly hiking, yoga & if you fancy a swim in a lake.
This retreat is about feeling, not performing, so whether you join every session or nap through half of them, you’re doing it right. No experience needed, no pressure, and absolutely no judgment.

There will be the option to move at least once every day.

Flights are not included in the retreat package. You'll be responsible for booking your own flights to and from Lyon France. This gives you the flexibility to fly from your preferred departure city, choose your airline, and extend your trip before or after the retreat if you'd like.
Once you've booked your spot, we'll send you all the arrival details you need, including transfer information and check-in times, so you can plan your journey with ease.
